Deliver thoughtful customer service as a Grocery Clerk by stocking shelves, answering questions, and keeping products available for shoppers.
Our Store Clerks create positive in-store experiences through product knowledge and delightful conversations. You will maintain displays, scan products accurately, support ordering, and keep department areas neat. Training is provided, so previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and company-directed promotions
- Maintain department cleanliness and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for departments, days, evenings, and weekends
Bring customer service, product knowledge, and stocking focus while supporting welcoming, well-prepared store departments daily.
