About the Role Rathod Law Firm is expanding and looking for a Civil & Criminal Lawyer to manage and represent our growing client base in civil and criminal matters from DUI (Driving Under Influence) to domestic violence, assault, dog bites, and other personal injury or civil cases . You’ll be responsible for managing these clients from consultation to resolution, ensuring each case is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of civil and criminal cases, including DUI / Impaired driving, Assault / Domestic violence, Dog bites / Personal injury claims, Property damage disputes, Small claims and other civil litigation matters. Conduct client consultations (in-person or virtual) to assess case merits. Develop case strategies, file legal documents, and represent clients before relevant courts. Work closely with the legal and admin team to provide end-to-end service from initial intake to resolution. Ensure client satisfaction through strong communication and timely updates. Requirements LL.B. or J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in Ontario. 2+ years of experience handling civil and/or criminal cases. Strong understanding of Ontario court procedures and case law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
