DTG combines technical excellence and innovation in bridge construction, precast segment production, and specialized erection equipment, operating globally on major infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our Group on global projects. The selected candidate will initially be assigned to the project based in Surrey, Canada. The training program will begin with an on-the-job phase alongside the Chief Surveyor, followed by extensive hands-on experience on site during both the prefabrication and launching phases. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a few years of experience in surveying, eager to develop advanced skills in geometry control for precast bridge construction. Main Activities and Responsibilities Support geometry control operations during the production of precast segments and bridge erection activities. Execute precise topographic measurements and verify alignment, level, and geometry tolerances. Manage the setup and calibration of surveying instruments and geometry control systems. Collaborate with production and erection teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with design specifications. Prepare geometry control documentation and progress reports. Gradually assume coordination responsibilities, leading the geometry control team as part of career progression. Requirements and Skills Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related technical field. 2-4 years of experience in surveying or topographic control, preferably in construction or precast concrete projects. Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (total station, GPS, laser scanner) and related software. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and Civil 3D. Accuracy, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills. Availability for international assignments and training periods abroad. Proficient in English.
