Overview We are building UnlockLand , an AI-native decision platform for real estate development and investment. Real estate decisions today are slow, fragmented, and extremely expensive. Critical development and investment analyses often take weeks, involve multiple consultants, and cost tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars — before a single decision is made. Our mission is to compress weeks of high-stakes real estate analysis into minutes . UnlockLand uses AI to scan, evaluate, and simulate development opportunities across zoning, design, cost, and financial outcomes, allowing developers and investors to identify the top 1–5% of opportunities with speed and confidence. We are building what we believe will become the AI operating system for real estate decision-making . This is not a side project or an internal tool. This is a production AI platform already used by real customers to make real investment decisions. About the Role We are looking for a full-stack engineer who is deeply AI-native . This is a builder role for someone who treats AI not as a helper, but as a core production system . You believe in fast iteration, rapid feedback, and shipping early to learn. You enjoy ambiguity, think in systems, and care deeply about how users experience the product. You think like an AI builder , and partially like a product manager . What You’ll Do Build and evolve core product features using an AI-first development workflow Work closely with LLMs, agents, and automation tools throughout the development lifecycle Design and implement full-stack systems that power real customer workflows Participate in product discovery, UX discussions, and technical decision-making Turn ambiguous ideas into shippable, user-facing features Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools, models, and workflows Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers in a fast-moving environment Our Core Stack Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript Backend: Python and/or Node.js Database & Platform: Supabase (PostgreSQL) Infrastructure & Deployment: Vercel Collaboration & Execution: Linear, Slack, GitHub AI: Multiple LLMs, agent-based workflows, prompt-driven systems, automation tools You don’t need to know everything — you need to know how to learn fast with AI .
