We're seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Currents of Windermere location. As part of our vibrant team, you'll engage with guests, handle communications, and manage service efficiently. Your role will emphasize customer satisfaction, multitasking, and time management in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service for each guest
• Manage communications via phone and email effectively
• Maintain efficient service queues during busy times
• Support team members with daily operations
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
Requirements:
• Proven exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with visual merchandising is a plus
• Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is preferred
