Area Manager

Reporting to the District Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of a group of 3–8 stores, which may include maintaining leadership over their designated home store. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top-line sales growth, and cultivating a high-performance selling culture. The Area Manager champions our brand and values, fosters a culture of accountability and development, and inspires excellence across all store teams. Role and Responsibilities Leadership & Talent Development · Attract, develop, and retain top talent by building high-performing teams and promoting a positive, engaging, and rewarding work environment. · Foster strong team culture through coaching, recognition, and consistent performance management · Model professionalism and leadership behaviors aligned with company values. · Analyze store performance and develop SMART action plans that drive results and align with business priorities. · Ensure consistent selling behaviors and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through active coaching and store visits. · Drive top-line sales through focused execution, talent development, and customer engagement strategies Operational Excellence · Ensure flawless execution of all operational activities, company initiatives, and compliance requirements. · Maintain compelling visual merchandising and presentation standards, including effective sell-through strategies. · Oversee workplace safety, store maintenance, and cleanliness to deliver a safe and productive environment.
