Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new drivers to help facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities:

On-boarding Management:

  • Manage the driver onboarding process from application to activation
  • Create and manage job postings for required cities
  • Develop new strategies to attract new drivers


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Review and verify documentation including licenses, certifications, background checks, and driving records


Training and Support:

  • Support new drivers with the DeliveryEase training
  • Address any questions or concerns drivers may have during the onboarding process


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the operations team to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and internal stakeholders to address any issues or improvements in the onboarding process


Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all driver documentation and onboarding activities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in onboarding, HR or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience conducting virtual or in-person orientations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Ability to work independently & collaborate with the team
