Support daily production and delivery activities. Understand and solve problems related to structure and systems’ installation and provide technical support in answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by Quality Agents. Participate in projects that will increase our productivity, reduce waste and improve our financial performance. Work closely with other teams such as Systems, Stress, Thermodynamic, Material & Processes, Propulsion, Environmental Control Systems, Logistics, Methods, Quality, and Operations to achieve the organization’s business objectives. Participate in the Operational Excellence methodology of operation. Assist in training of new junior Liaison Engineering personnel. Ensure the conformity of repair schemes and dispositions with Engineering requirements and specifications. How to thrive in this role You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized University or a Technical degree in Aerospace You have a minimum of 12 (twelve) years of experience as an Engineer or at least 15 (fifteen) years as a Technologist. You have very good knowledge of the aircraft structure & system. You have Material Review Board (MRB) accreditation and have held it for a minimum of 10 (ten) years. You have Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) accreditation. You possess good CATIA skills & are familiar with Microsoft Office software tools. You have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment. You are available for evening and weekend work on a rotating schedule. You have a good level of written and spoken French and English. You have good organizational and planning skills. You possess good judgment and are a good team worker in a multidisciplinary team.
