**Job Title: Production Assembler - AM Shift****Job Description**Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing of innovative medical devices. As a Production Assembler, you will work collaboratively on a fast-paced production line to complete orders, while adhering to high-quality standards. This role requires both teamwork and individual focus, where you will follow written instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.**Responsibilities**Collaborate with a team to complete production orders across 13 stations.Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.Work in a fast-paced environment to maintain a continuous production line.Rotate into cleanroom duties, including labeling, sealing packaging pouches, and other tasks.Stand for the entire shift while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.**Essential Skills**2 years valid visa from the date of hire.1 year recent experience in a similar environment.Proficiency with small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Ability to work with small parts and stand for the entire shift.Capability to lift up to 30 lbs (non-repetitively).Basic computer skills, tested during screening.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Soldering experience.PCB assembly experience in a regulated environment.Ability to read soldering instructions and match numbers to wires.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy an excellent work environment with friendly staff and opportunities for overtime.
