Production Assembler

**Job Title: Production Assembler - AM Shift****Job Description**Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing medical devices. This position involves working on a fast-paced assembly line, where you will complete production orders alongside a team. This role requires adaptability to work in both the general production environment and the clean room, ensuring the highest quality of product assembly.**Responsibilities**Collaborate with team members to complete production orders in a fast-paced assembly line setting.Rotate and train across 13 different stations over a 2-3 month period.Assemble units using small hand tools based on written English instructions.Work independently or alongside team members as needed.Adhere to clean room protocols, including standing for long periods and handling product labeling and packaging tasks.Contribute to maintaining a continuous workflow on the assembly line by meeting production speed requirements.**Essential Skills**Possession of a valid visa for at least 2 years from the date of hire.Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a similar assembly environment.Proficient in using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Capability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30lbs occasionally.Basic computer skills.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in engineering is advantageous.Experience with soldering and PCB assembly in regulated environments is a plus.Ability to read and interpret soldering instructions.**Why Work Here?**Experience an excellent work environment with friendly staff and the opportunity for overtime.
