Marketing Associate, Ice Cream - Nestlé Canada Location: North York, ON – 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8; Hybrid Are you ready to work with one of the world’s most beloved food brands? We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support our North York team in the development and execution of marketing plans for top ice‑cream brands. What to Expect Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends. Support the analysis of consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies on an ongoing basis and within the business planning cycle. Help drive innovation and renovation projects through the commercialization journey end‑to‑end, working closely with our local factory. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs and promotions. Coordinate and support marketing events, including product launches and trade shows. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agency partners to ensure alignment with brand goals. Role Requirements University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Preferred Skills Proactive and resourceful with initiative and adaptability. Previous corporate co‑op or internship experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Nielsen Discover.
