Job Description We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who can learn quickly and contribute immediately. You will maintain proper KYC practices for new and existing customers, liaise with first and second line business stakeholders, and support cross‑functional initiatives. Responsibilities Support the KYC due diligence process by engaging closely with Corporate Banking clients, Relationship Managers, Product Groups, Onboarding Unit, Quality Control, AML Advisory, and other stakeholders. Adhere to policy requirements and complete training on time. Be a team player and cross‑support team members or other verticals as assigned by the Director. Support cross‑functional initiatives and projects assigned by management, including VP/Director‑led efforts. Help GCIB meet its goals and facilitate other pillars of the bank/FLODCO strategy, including a “one FLODCO team” attitude. Partner with relevant teams to address risk/AML/Sanctions compliance issues, managing the progress of KYCs for an assigned list of clients. Monitor and review business activities across various product areas, fulfilling responsibilities related to RFIs on KYC/risk/compliance issues identified during due diligence. Identify risk flags with high proficiency, supported by rigorous training and guidance from Process Governance, AML Advisory, and other stakeholders. Attend appropriate training and support on a periodic basis. Meet requirements of MUFG standards, policies, and procedures including Global KYC Standard and U.S. Branches Know Your Customer Procedure for First Line of Defense. Seek guidance and escalate complex scenarios to the Team Lead as needed. Assist AMT Controls with oversight tasks, reporting coordination, and onboarding activities as needed. Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, including risk mitigation and process improvement. Support broader team initiatives such as automation/AI and transformation projects aligned with GCIB and FLODCO priorities. Qualifications Prior experience working with Corporate Banking clients or experience using automation/AI/digital tools and technologies preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Strong risk principle culture. Ability to engage local & overseas stakeholders across different time zones. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital, or equivalent work experience. Compensation & Benefits Typical base pay range: $71,000 – $85,000, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Eligible for discretionary performance‑based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
