Overview of Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to join our high-performance Asset Management team. The Associate/Director will play a crucial role in the oversight and management of our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  • Assist in underwriting new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate assets.
  • Analyze project budgets, cash flows, and financial statements.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Professional finance or accounting designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an asset.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience analyzing project budgets, pro formas, and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of real estate development lifecycle from acquisition to disbursement.
