Director of Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Care to join our team at All Seniors Care Living Centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement resident care programs based on established standards to ensure quality of life for each individual resident.
- Plan, direct, and supervise the overall care program for residents, ensuring a high level of care and service.
- Meet with residents and their families to resolve problems, concerns, and complaints, and review suggestions as needed.
- Maintain contact with residents to ensure a high quality of care and service.
- Work in cooperation with the Executive Director to hire, direct, train, and schedule nursing personnel, and may reprimand, suspend, or recommend discharge of employees.
- Complete required monthly reports for the Executive Director and Senior Management.
- Be responsible for the control and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, and supervise the drug administration program, where applicable.
