Partner with the executive team to identify market opportunities and expand our presence. Drive profitability through P&L ownership, with a heavy emphasis on organic growth, efficiency gains and cost control. Act as a visible ambassador of Avenir Energy with customers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies. Operational Excellence & Safety Champion a culture of safety and compliance across all branches, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory standards. Monitor and optimize branch operations to deliver superior efficiency, service reliability, and cost control. Leverage data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure that all sites meet Avenir Energy’s operational and maintenance standards. People Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop Regional and Branch Managers, building a strong leadership pipeline across Ontario. Oversee the performance and engagement of the Delivery team and Gas Technician teams, ensuring skill development and workforce planning align with business needs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
