If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Coding, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects. Although every project is unique, you might typically: Design prompt variations and evaluation cases to surface edge behaviors, failure modes, and performance regressions Collaborate with engineers to align prompts with project constraints, APIs, and CI/CD workflows. Iterate on prompt strategies using test results and human feedback to improve reliability and reduce hallucinations. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields 3+ years of professional experience, excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).
