The position emphasizes designing seamless API integrations, implementing observability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, resilient systems. Deliverables Architect and develop backend automation solutions using Golang and Temporal.io Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations Build and maintain scalable workflows leveraging orchestration tools Integrate observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Tempo Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices Requirements Proven expertise in Golang for backend development Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs Proficiency with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Tempo Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed systems Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams Experience with Temporal.io, telecommunications, or cloud services is a plus Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration Availability for a full-time, contract-based remote position About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
