About the Role: The Integrations Support & Quality Analyst ensures the smooth operation, accuracy, and reliability of feed and integration projects. This role combines technical support with quality assurance, focusing on troubleshooting integration issues, validating data accuracy, and maintaining system reliability. The Integrations Support & Quality Analyst works closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure integrations are implemented correctly, maintained efficiently, and continuously improved. This is a hybrid/remote position, the successful candidate will be required to report to Rentsync's St. Catharines office 2 days per week on average. Key Responsibilities: Support & Troubleshooting Serve as the first point of contact for integration-related issues and change requests, resolving support tickets in a timely and professional manner. Investigate data discrepancies, errors, and system failures, escalating to technical teams when necessary. Provide clear communication to internal teams and clients regarding issue status, resolution, and prevention. Quality Assurance Test new integrations, updates, and enhancements to ensure functionality and accuracy. Monitor live integrations for data accuracy, reliability, and performance. Document bugs, errors, and quality findings, collaborating with technical teams for resolution. Process & Documentation Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation for internal teams and clients. Standardize QA and support processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to reduce errors. Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs from project delivery to support. Partner with developers and integrations managers to improve workflows, testing protocols, and system stability. Provide feedback on product enhancements based on recurring support cases and QA findings. Essential Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in technical support, QA, or operations (preferably with integrations, APIs, webhooks, or data feeds). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing tools, and bug-tracking systems. Excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and non-technical clients. Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or data integration environments is a plus. Rentsync is an equal opportunity employer.
