If so, Kent Building Supplies is looking for an Overnight Freight Supervisor to join our team at our Mount Pearl location - 60 Old Placentia Rd, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm-6am Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting is an asset. Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a passion for motivating and developing others. Demonstrated commitment to achieving goals and continuous improvement. Availability for overnight shifts (9 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Friday). Reliable transportation to and from work. Physically capable of performing manual labor. Willingness to learn and operate machinery (21+ years of age due to Forklift requirement; in-house training to be provided). Monitor and support associate performance through coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs. Address associate and customer concerns professionally and constructively.
