SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT | MULTIFAMILY | CALGARY
Hays has partnered with a well-known residential builder that are currently looking for a Senior Superintendent to join their team in Calgary. This role would be managing multiple 4-6 storey wood frame apartment builds.
Your new role
As the Senior Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing multi-family apartment builds from start to completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal quality on each job site. Managing schedules, working with sub trades and coordinates with project management will be integral for this individual.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience managing wood frame apartment/condo projects
- 3+ years in similar role
- Experience managing and working alongside internal/external stakeholders
