Company: A reputable residential builder specializing in 4-6 storey wood-frame apartment construction.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of multifamily projects.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any construction-related issues promptly, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate construction personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in multifamily construction, particularly wood-frame builds.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes.
