Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing remote team in Canada. This role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting complex data to help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data accuracy, analytical insights, and providing actionable reports that contribute to the companys growth. As a remote Data Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing data-driven decision-making while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources. Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to support business objectives. Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Collaborate with management and IT teams to identify data requirements and streamline reporting processes. Create automated reporting systems to improve data accessibility and efficiency. Support forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI analysis across departments. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of company data. Provide data insights and recommendations to enhance business strategy and operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics , or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation. Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets efficiently. Strong communication skills to translate data findings into business insights. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment. Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, or database management is preferred. Prior remote work experience is an asset but not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible working hours based on Canadian time zones. Full‑time position (40 hours per week). Occasional meetings or collaborative sessions may be required during core business hours. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in data management systems and database querying. Ability to visualize and communicate complex data clearly. Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and predictive modeling. Strong business acumen with an understanding of datas impact on business decisions. Adaptability to evolving tools and technologies. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
