The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and great communication skills. What you're responsible for: Administrative Management: Responsible for the department administration tasks and document control Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory Handle administrative correspondence, including mail, and phone calls Document Control and Record Keeping: Working with the Maintenance Manager to establish and maintain document control procedures. Manage document flow, including filing, tracking, and archiving. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of documents. Coordinate with other company departments for essential documents and tasks Assist with preparation of cost tracking Submission of purchase orders, invoice receival, and payment requests, and coordinate with the accounting department Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the office and between teams. Qualifications College or bachelor’s degree in office administration is preferred Previous experience as an Administrator, Assistant, Coordinator or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
