Join us now and point your career forward Project Manager The Project Manager will support all Compass Canada sectors. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the planning, design and/or implementation of assigned projects, including project planning, project management, communications, and contract management. Oversees assigned staff and provides leadership by directing work teams, contractors and consultants as needed on a project-by-project basis. How you will make an impact: Develop, maintain, and oversee the execution of all project documentation pertinent to the project, including but not limited to, status reports, project plans, meeting agenda & minutes. Single point of contact meeting weekly with the client to provide updates Lead formal, internal, and weekly meetings with all internal stakeholders and perform daily follow-ups to ensure project tasks are being delivered on time; Support the Project Management team’s overall goal to reduce or avoid costs, increase efficiency, streamline processes and build confidence and trust with our clients, internal departments, contractors, and consultants. Project Planning: Deeply understand the business needs, expectations, and requirements; work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define key deliverables, estimate timelines, assess risks, and prepare necessary tools. Project Execution: Coordinate the project team's activities to ensure task completion; develop and maintain key documents, facilitating transparent information sharing among relevant stakeholders. Champion the application of project management best practices and incorporate lessons learned from past projects, identifying process gaps and driving proactive improvements. Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress (where required) About you: Degree or Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration preferred PMP certification preferred Minimum 6+ years of experience managing programs and/or projects. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to manage and solve complex issues. Demonstrated ability leading large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills Team player who is highly service-oriented, motivated, positive and flexible, with a proven ability to work independently. Experience using knowledge sharing and collaboration platforms and tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook). Environmental Services Manager Now, if you were to come on board as an Environmental Services Manager , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Implement and conduct training sessions and coordinate an annual training calendar at site for all housekeeping and laundry staff. Complete a monthly summary of the completed Compass Quality Assurance Program and submit to the District Manager, Regional Director, Unit Manager and client. Conduct weekly quality assurance audits in housekeeping and laundry and follow-up with the staff, including keeping the manager involved as needed. Review job routines, programs and systems for housekeeping and laundry to ensure continuous quality improvement. Ensure the Compass Health and Safety program is in place, including trained first aiders, an active OH&S committee, H&S training and audits. Active participation in the Health and Safety Committee for the facility. Attend client meetings as applicable to the areas in housekeeping and laundry. Ensure all staff is appropriately trained in and follow infection control programs. Interact with suppliers and vendors as it relates to housekeeping and laundry services. Recruit, hire, performance manage and discipline all housekeeping and laundry staff. Participate in the budgeting process and the ongoing financial management of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Ensure all Compass HR programs are in place and complete for housekeeping and laundry staff, including CHAT, Be-A-Star, HERO, Weekly Safety Minders, etc. Complete accident investigation forms and recommend ERTW programs for housekeeping and laundry staff. Recommend equipment and supplies needed for housekeeping and laundry operations. Conduct hands‑on daily maintenance (physical building maintenance required for this role-including floor care/cleaning and some snow blowing during winter). Act as the main liaison with the Environmental Public Health Officer and other regulatory bodies, as applicable as it relates to environmental services. Participate in the completion of the Balanced Scorecard for the unit. Meet and check‑in with the client on a regular basis and attend meetings as requested. Three years of management experience in healthcare, facilities, environmental services or related. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: Lead change activities for HRIS projects including acquisitions, system enhancements, and process improvements. Create clear communication and training that make it easy for associates and managers to adopt new tools and ways of working. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align on changes and ensure smooth rollouts. Support acquisition integrations by coordinating HRIS data, processes, and workflows. Anticipate and manage change impacts, keeping people engaged and informed. Track adoption and feedback, and adjust plans as needed to drive success. Be the go‑to resource for HRIS users during transitions like acquisitions and system launches/upgrades. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or change management, ideally with system implementation or integration. Strong understanding of HR processes (HR technology; Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar is an asset). Experience with mergers & acquisitions or HR system integrations is a plus. Excellent communicator who can translate technical changes into clear business impacts. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
