The attributes we are looking for: Determine customer requirements by gathering information concerning business needs and improvement opportunities. Plan the implementation of system changes by preparing project plans, timelines, and developing system and technical design specifications. Implement changes by designing, and configuring process and system enhancements, develop and execute unit and integration testing plans, coordinating the implementation of the changes, and preparing configuration and user documentation for each project. Develop, measure, and monitor ongoing effectiveness of SAP System design for the assigned business unit. Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving system problems, develop enhancements to reduce support requirements and training end users in the use of SAP and business processes. Implement and maintain 3rd party software solutions which are interfaced with related SAP modules.
