We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a specialized focus on SAP S/4HANA to join our dynamic Finance Technology team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our business partners in Finance and the technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, designing strategic solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our SAP S/4HANA platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a deep understanding of financial processes and strong technical expertise in the SAP ecosystem.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a core focus on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven, direct involvement in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with experience producing business requirements, process flows, and technical specs.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Functional knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles (e.g., understanding of balance sheets, income statements, general ledger).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, particularly General Ledger (S/4-GL) and Group Reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and the analytical thinking skills to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Experience with SAP ETL and data integration tools, specifically:
  • SAP SDI (Smart Data Integration)
  • SAP Data Services
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • Exposure to other financial systems, such as Workday, and their integration with SAP.
