Style&Ease is a fast-growing Montreal-based design and production studio specializing in premium, custom apparel and accessories. We work with a wide range of brands from startups to global names to develop standout collections with purpose and personality. From design and development to fulfillment, we offer a seamless, high-touch experience rooted in creativity, quality, and hustle. We’re now looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Accounts Manager to help us scale and deepen our client partnerships. As Accounts Manager (Sales), you’ll be the key driver of revenue growth managing existing client relationships, nurturing new leads, and converting opportunities into long-term accounts. You’ll serve as both a strategic advisor and a results-focused closer, collaborating with internal teams to ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience from pitch to production. Role Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across fashion, lifestyle, corporate, and agency sectors; Lead sales presentations, project scoping, and contract negotiations; Identify new business opportunities and lead outbound efforts with targeted outreach; Build strong client relationships through transparency, insight, and creative collaboration; Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery; Track pipeline progress and provide regular forecasting to leadership; Represent Style&Ease at trade shows, pop-ups, or brand activations as needed. Requirements 3+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development; Proven success in managing client relationships and closing six-figure deals; Strong understanding of the apparel or consumer goods industry (production experience a big plus); Excellent communication and negotiation skills — both verbal and written; Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats; Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment; Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset.
