Location Vancouver, BC Responsibilities Experience with testing frameworks (ideally JMeter or LoadRunner) Experience in chaos engineering, resiliency validation engineering Experience with APM tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, etc. and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk across Windows and UNIX platforms, AWS Cloud & Kubernetes Experience with integrating performance testing / monitoring into CI/CD Pipelines with GitLab Qualifications Resiliency: Standardize resiliency practices (chaos tests, DR checks, failure‑mode playbooks) and support incident troubleshooting. Observability: Define key metrics and build golden dashboards, alerts, and monitoring templates. Capacity & Readiness: Lead capacity planning, cost governance, and peak readiness (scalability tests, sizing, certification).
