Driving annual sales and marketing plans for direct reports to ensure targetobjectivesare met. Managing customer & supplier relationships in Southwestern Ontarioas well as promoting andrepresentingElectrozad through the local business community and industry associations. Supervising sales,purchasingand warehouse personnel, including hiring, performance evaluations, training and development plans, workallocationand issue resolution. Analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of branch resources for continuous growth and improvement. Monitoring and managing all costs and expenditures whileoperatingwith corporate support. Recommending, implementing, andassistingin the administration of company policies and procedures to enhance operations. Ensuring that all branch employees work in a safe environment and that every necessary precaution is taken to ensure safety in the workplace is a top priority. Working closely with all corporate and local management to ensure the highest standards of quality, integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness in all aspects of the operations are achieved. Other duties as required by the organization. Qualifications 10+ Years of experience in Electrical/Automation Sales, wholesale distribution industry preferred Experience managing and leading teams Post Secondary education in a relevant discipline Proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire, provide, and accept feedback Experience implementing and working with digital business tools such as CRM software Ability to read and understand basic financial reports Valid Driver’s License Ability to providetimely,accurateand clear reports Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills More information on Electrozad: Sonepar places the planet and diversity and inclusion at the core of its vision driving our business ethos.
