Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 8–10 people, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance. Delivery Excellence: Oversee end‑to‑end execution, ensuring realistic timelines, clear priorities, and the removal of technical blockers. Strategic Collaboration: Act as a thought partner to Product and Architecture to balance technical feasibility with business value. Continuous Improvement: Optimize workflows and monitor performance metrics (velocity, quality, predictability) to evolve the delivery model. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a formal leadership or management role. Expertise: Proven track record of managing delivery in a fast‑paced SaaS or product‑led environment. Skills: Strong technical literacy with the ability to challenge architectural decisions and bridge the gap between business and engineering.
