AirStream Systems Inc. is an Ontario-based manufacturer of engineered industrial fan systems serving cement, steel, pulp & paper, power generation, and other heavy process industries across Canada and the United States. We are seeking a senior, technically grounded sales professional who understands industrial fans, air/gas movement, and process applications — someone who can confidently engage plant engineers, consultants, and EPCs, and own complex technical sales cycles from initial inquiry through commissioning. Title: Technical Sales Specialist (Candidates with a P.Eng. will carry the Technical Sales Engineer designation. Roles and Responsabilities Promote AirStream, the AirStream philosophy, and the sale of AirStream equipment and solutions. Meet all sales objectives and targets through effective use of sales abilities, tactics and strategies. Travel as required to successfully achieve sales objectives and targets. Travel may be required during weekends and holidays. Maintain all sales activity in CRM and regularly report sales pipeline during weekly Sales Meetings. Arrange and conduct performance testing at customer sites. Gather all Opportunity data required to successfully evaluate and propose new projects. Additional application engineering and proposal writing tasks may be assigned depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate. Present and explain proposals to customers. Provide proactive support to customers to influence decision making process. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
