What’s involved in this role More specifically, the Logistics Optimization Project Manager will have the following main responsibilities: Designs, studies, and develops investment requests. Provides expertise on technical aspects, the impact of projects on the cooperative's strategic vision, human resources, and finances. Coordinates the work carried out by a multidisciplinary team associated with project implementation. Leads various work-related workshops designed to uncover new opportunities for improvement, and track indicators and the implementation of action plans. Supports and provides expert counsel and advice to other members of the team. What You Need to Join Our Team Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, operations management, or other relevant field. 7-10 years of project management experience in the food industry, including team management experience. Experience in logistics projects, continuous improvement, and implementing change management strategies. Training in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques. Available for occasional travel; must have a driver's license.
