Reporting to the Business Analyst, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchasing and transportation logistics for the Sojag brand products. This person regularly analyzes the status of the purchase orders to ensure the dates are respected and to notify the parties involved of any changes or delays. When needed, they also analyze inventory and sales performances to advise of shortages and opportunities, to ensure optimal supply throughout the year.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Regular follow-ups
- Ensure dates of departure from our factories for purchase orders are respected
- Track container status
- Send regular status updates to relevant parties
- Notify Account Managers of any delays
- Analysis
- Update reports
- Analyze purchasing needs for each start of the season (1 time per year)
- Analyze replenishment needs (When needed)
- Identify upcoming challenges
- All other related tasks

**Required skills**:

- **Advanced level Excel skills** - Formulas (e.g.: VLOOKUP), very comfortable creating and modifying pivot tables, database management
- **Bilingualism (French and English)** - must have very good spoken and written French and English
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** - must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in English
- Experience of a minimum of 2 years in logistics and planning
- Experience with China importation, a plus
- _Infor Visual_ knowledge, a plus
- Excellent priority management and ability to work under pressure
- Sense of initiative and proactivity
- Aptitude for synthesizing information and analytical abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision while working as a team player

Relevant de l’analyste d’affaires, le coordonnateur logistique est responsable de la coordination de la logistique achats et du transport pour les produits de la marque Sojag. Il analyse régulièrement le statut des bons d’achat afin de s’assurer que les dates soient respectées et d’aviser les parties impliquées de tout changement ou délai. Au besoin, il analyse également les statuts d’inventaires et des ventes et indique les manques et les opportunités, afin d’assurer un approvisionnement optimal tout au long de l’année.

**Fonctions principales**:

- Suivis réguliers
- S’assurer que les dates de départ de nos usines pour les bons d’achats soient respectées
- Faire le suivi des statuts des conteneurs au port de destination
- Envoyer des mises à jour régulières des statuts aux parties concernées
- Informer les responsables des comptes de tout délai
- Analyses
- Mise à jour de rapports (entrée de données)
- Identifier les enjeux à venir et trouver des solutions
- Analyser les besoins d’achat pour chaque début de saison (1 fois par an)
- Analyser les besoins de réapprovisionnement (au besoin)
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

**Compétences requises**:

- **Compétences Excel de niveau avancé** - Formules (Ex. : RECHERCHEV), très à l’aise de créer et de modifier des tableau croisés dynamiques, gestion de base de données ;
- **Bilinguisme (Français et anglais)** - doit avoir un très bon français écrit et parlé ;
- **Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et verbale** - doit pouvoir communiquer clairement et de façon concise en anglais ;
- Doit être très à l’aise de gérer un gros volume de courriels au quotidien
- Expérience d’un minimum de 2 ans en logistique et planification
- Expérience avec l’importation en Chine, un atout
- Connaissances d’_Infor Visual_, un atout _;_
- Excellente gestion des priorités et habileté à travailler sous pression ;
- Sens de l’initiative et de la proactivité ;
- Esprit de synthèse et capacité d’analyse ;
- Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes ;
- Capacité démontrée à travailler avec un minimum de supervision, tout en travaillant en équipe ;
