What You’ll Do: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s legal services. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and managing corporate documentation, including minute books, corporate forms, resolutions, and filings. Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Assisting attorneys with mergers, acquisitions, or other complex transactions. Communicating with clients regarding corporate filings, deadlines, and other legal matters. Managing and maintaining organized, efficient records with a high degree of accuracy. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
