About the Company Our small/medium sized client is an international boutique high performance Consulting firm focused on Optimization of Logistics, Supply Chain, Network Operations, and Performance Improvement. Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Consultant/ Project Lead/Engagement Manager to work and manage a team with cross-functional engagements across retail, manufacturing, supply chain and service companies. Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle. Lead & develop diverse projects for healthcare, CPG, manufacturing & distribution across various industries. Identify & implement process improvement opportunities resulting in streamlined processes and increased efficiencies through data‑based solutions. Develop innovative recommendations with clients in logistics diagnosis, optimization, and digitalization. Develop proposals for clients to enhance supply chain performance. Manage & develop teams. Build strong relationships with clients. Required Skills 3-5-10 years of supply chain as a Senior Consultant with client engagement and/or related industry experience including production planning & scheduling, capacity analysis, ERP functionality, digital manufacturing, automation, and smart factory technology. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain complemented with an MBA or MS Supply Chain. PMP. Six Sigma. Comprehensive analytical, problem‑solving, & project management abilities. Experience with rapid assessment & building business cases. Superb verbal and written communications skills. MUST BE A PEOPLE PERSON IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
