The Enrollment Consultant - French speaking, is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into their Right Management service benefit program by providing a ‘best in class’ customer service and experience in and outbound and inbound call center environment.
This position is project-based and hours will vary based upon the business needs and volume, not to exceed 28 hours a week.
The Enrollment Consultant must successfully contact candidates via various methods in order to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them. The Enrollment Consultant must assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explaining the nature of our service offerings, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, and offer accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation.
Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required.
Industry: Call center or heavy phone experience preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
● Language: Fluency in French required
● Competency in MS office products, ability to multitask and a high level of data integrity
● Experience: excellent customer service skills
The pay for this role is between $21-22 hourly. This is a part-time only role. No transition to full time is available. Must have computer with Windows 11 and a headset.
