Opportunity Our client, a rapidly growing global SaaS (Software as a Service) company, is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team in Toronto, Ontario . The Customer Marketing Manager will help to design and execute programs that strengthen engagement, deepen customer relationships, and develop data‑driven strategies across the customer lifecycle. Ability to work 1 week a year in any location in the world Free Gym Membership and Free Underground Parking Available Responsibilities Creating multi‑channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and retention throughout the customer journey. Analyzing customer behavior and usage trends to identify opportunities and risks, turning insights into actionable strategies. Partnering with revenue and success teams to design targeted campaigns that promote upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion. Segmenting customers based on engagement and value metrics to deliver tailored communication journeys. Leading initiatives to capture success stories, testimonials, and case studies, and enhance presence on review platforms and industry forums. Planning and executing webinars, workshops, and community events to strengthen relationships and showcase product value. Conducting A/B testing and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates. Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance using analytics and automation tools. Ideal Candidate Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, or other relevant fields. 5 – 7+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or B2B Marketing, specifically in the SaaS industry. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and webinar programs; familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce or similar). Complimentary Experience Excellent written and verbal skills for crafting clear, engaging, customer‑centric messaging. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global tech environment; results‑oriented and team‑focused.
