Please visit us at About the Position We are seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Sales Executive to lead customer engagement and drive sales of our premium, custom building envelope solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face‑to‑face relationship‑building, understands the nuance of architectural finishes, and can translate technical drawings and material specifications into compelling client solutions. You’ll be working closely with architects, general contractors, building envelope contractors, developers, and brand‑conscious clients who prioritize design, quality, and durability. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly, build trust, and provide accurate reporting and forecasting will be essential. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, architectural products, or a related industry (preferably premium/custom solutions). Proven success in field sales, with a demonstrated ability to build long‑term client relationships. Demonstrated strategic thinking around how partnerships can enable business goals. Strong technical acumen, including the ability to interpret architectural drawings, material specifications, and installation requirements. Highly proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reporting and communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and professional approach. Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a mobile role. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, while proactively identifying and pursuing new strategic business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, production) to ensure customer needs are accurately scoped and delivered. Conduct on‑site visits, presentations, and solution‑based consultations with clients across North America. Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system, ensuring complete visibility of pipeline, forecasts, and client communications. Deliver consistent sales reporting and forecasting to leadership, using data‑driven insights to inform territory strategy. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to stay current on market trends and opportunities. Understand architectural drawings and construction specifications; assist clients in material selection and application advice. Provide feedback to the product and operations teams based on customer needs and market feedback. Preferred Background in building science, construction management, or architectural design. Experience working with branded or design‑driven commercial or institutional projects.
