**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum4-5 Yrs experience in Salesforce CRM Functional Testing - with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports.
- Experience in Salesforce Permission, features and queues.
- Worked on Salesforce cloud and servicecloud, Classic and Lightining salesforce.
- Ability to write complex queries to perform data validation or setup test data, SQL queries and Oracle DB.
- Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing Artificats, QA best practices.
- Perform Risk Assessment analysis and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Had Extensive experience in Interacting with project stakeholders, business and vendorsand raising timely risk/reporting
- Experiecne in working on Agile methodology.
- Levergae software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence.
- Very good communication skills, proactive and quick learning and worked as individual contributor.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Wealth and Asset management domain knowledge.
- Salesforce Development or Salesforce automation experience
- Expertience in Automation testing using Perfecto, AccelQ or PowerAutomate.

**Role Description**:

- Salesforce CRM Functional Testing - with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports.
