Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior Business System Analyst (Payments) for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position) . Our Client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. The bank serves over 17 million clients and has more than 89,000 employees worldwide. Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services. Title: Senior Business System Analyst (Payments) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 4 Days onsite/week) Long term Contract Client: Banking/Financial Must have: Strong hands-on knowledge of ISO 20022 payments message categories and structures (pacs, pain, camt, acmt). Experience on payments systems such as Wires, SWIFT, RTP, ACH, Cross-Border payments, or Real-Time payments. Strong expertise in mapping payments data between legacy formats (MT101, MT103, MT199 etc.) and ISO 20022 message schema. Experience creating BRD, FRD, Interface Specifications, Data Mapping documents, and traceability matrices. Strong understanding of payments lifecycle—initiation, authorization, settlement, returns, and reconciliation. Experience working with XML formats, schemas, and payment validation rules. Ability to collaborate with technology teams and functional SMEs, clarify ambiguities, and drive resolution. About Iris Software Inc.
