Location Antigonish Mall, 133 Church St, Antigonish, NS B2G 2E6 – working from the retail store at the designated office. Responsibilities Engage customers and deliver excellent service, building loyalty through product knowledge. Achieve in‑store sales targets and drive daily sales performance. Represent Eastlink as a brand ambassador, supporting product promotion and solution sales. Collaborate with colleagues across locations to maintain positive teamwork. Qualifications Positive attitude and passion for providing best‑in‑class service in the telecommunications industry. True team player with willingness to support other locations. Tech savvy – keen interest in staying up to date with newest technology. Strong customer service skills and ability to identify the right solution for each individual. Prior retail or customer‑facing experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $17.75 per hour plus uncapped commissions on sales.
