We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at building new connections and identifying untapped opportunities. You will manage the early stages of the sales cycle—from initial marketing outreach and cold calling to the final handshake.

In this 20-hour-per-week role, efficiency is key. You will focus on high-value activities to build a steady pipeline and contribute directly to our company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Marketing**:

- Research and identify potential clients through digital platforms, social media, and industry networks.
- Door to Door Marketing
- **Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our work to potential Clients
- **Sales & Closing**:

- Present our services clearly and persuasively through in-person estimates.
- Address prospect concerns with expert product knowledge and secure new business commitments.

**Qualifications**
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in writing.
- **Self-Management**: Highly organized and able to maximize a 20-hour work week to meet performance targets.
- **Resilience**: A positive, persistent attitude and the ability to stay motivated throughout the sale process.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
