As a Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and implementing enterprise software solutions to enhance business processes and user workflows. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that systems align with organizational goals and user needs. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and user‑centric thinking, with responsibilities spanning documentation, troubleshooting, training, and process improvement. You will serve as a key advisor for platform functionality, providing insights to enhance adoption and efficiency. The role offers the opportunity to influence product development, support strategic initiatives, and drive measurable improvements across teams. This is a dynamic environment where your work directly impacts operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and overall business success. Accountabilities Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise platforms, including features, functionalities, and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture, data flows, and project updates to enhance visibility and support decision‑making. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to elevate and resolve complex challenges. Deliver training sessions, resources, and documentation to educate users on platform capabilities. Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and advocating for user needs. Monitor platform usage trends, generate reports, and provide insights to inform continuous improvement. Partner with product and project management teams to align solutions with business goals and priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design or healthcare software applications. Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio. Experience with data mapping and healthcare messaging standards is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to create user‑friendly documentation, training materials, and support materials. Knowledge of design thinking principles, user story creation, and use case writing.
