In this role, you’ll contribute to high‑impact projects addressing complex social challenges. You’ll support strategy development, solution design, and implementation efforts while working closely with clients, project teams, and senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis, Research & Problem Solving: Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, industry trends, and research to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations Client Engagement: Support preparation of client‑facing materials, contribute to meetings, and collaborate with clients to clarify objectives and needs Solution Development & Delivery: Assist in developing tailored strategies and innovative solutions, ensuring they are evidence‑based and aligned with client objectives and end‑user needs Project Support & Collaboration: Assist in the development of high‑impact deliverables, proactively manage assigned tasks, support project coordination, and collaborate effectively with team members Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of Opus Group’s methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve client outcomes. Stay current on trends and participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives to foster continuous improvement Professional Development: Actively seek feedback, participate in training, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture where collaboration, transparency, accountability, respect, and continuous learning are at the forefront Required Skills and Experience We value skills, experience, and alignment of values. Our selection process focuses on demonstrated abilities, not specific degrees or credentials. To thrive in this role, you will need: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, policy, or a related field (public sector, non‑profit, or social policy experience is an asset) Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive strategic recommendations Experience conducting primary and secondary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups) in a business environment to develop insights and identify solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable recommendations Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams Familiarity with design thinking principles is an asset Financial modelling experience is an asset Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Commitment to creating value and delivering meaningful impact, while fostering a positive, purpose‑driven, and enjoyable work culture We Offer High‑Growth Environment: Join a firm at an inflection point. This position is open to candidates based in Canada and the U.S. The expected annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 CDN, depending on your skills, competencies, and qualifications, with the potential for an annual performance‑based bonus.
