Accountabilities Maintain, upgrade, and optimize the Rails back‑end stack, including dependency management and security improvements. Partner with front‑end engineers and SREs to support observability, performance, and reliability initiatives. Identify and implement in‑house solutions to reduce reliance on third‑party services and infrastructure costs.
