About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the charge in accelerating our brand, pipeline, and demand generation efforts. This is a senior role that offers a ton of autonomy, the right amount of collaboration, and a chance to take the next step into a growing and fast‑paced industry. You’ll be the owner of scalable, full‑funnel marketing strategies that blend creative storytelling with performance‑driven execution. If you're passionate about growth, obsessed with lead‑gen, and ready to disrupt the legacy image of IT — this role is for you. Design and own multi‑channel growth strategies to drive MQLs and SQLs, and brand awareness. Launch demand gen campaigns targeting SMBs through Enterprise companies across Canada and the U.S. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, RevOps, and service teams to align messaging, refine ICPs, and optimize conversion funnels. Manage and optimize paid acquisition budgets (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.) with a focus on CAC and ROI, and conversion tactics. Own and evolve our brand voice — play role of company ambassador, attend industry events, and work with the marketing team to cement our theme in market. Develop content that converts — from landing pages and webinars to eBooks and memes (yes, memes). Track and report on KPIs like CPL, CAC, funnel velocity, and LTV using HubSpot and GA4 and marketing dashboards. Test, learn, iterate — bring experimentation and drive into everything you do. 3–6 years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing in SaaS, tech, or IT services. Proven success running and scaling performance marketing campaigns. Data‑minded with a creative edge — you know how to blend brand and conversion. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing Expertise is required). Strong understanding of full‑funnel strategy and customer journeys. Nurture flows essential. Copywriting chops that punch above average. A “builder” mindset — you’re not afraid to get into the weeds and try something new. Understanding of improving efficiencies through AI tools and necessary marketing tech stack. Ability to create visual assets that meet the market. Experience marketing to SMBs, IT leaders, or technical buyers. Used to monthly and quarterly performance targets. Familiarity with RevOps and pipeline attribution models. A portfolio of creative, unexpected marketing campaigns. Experience in AI tooling, Co‑Pilot, and AI‑driven strategies to speed and quality of asset delivery.
