Location: Hybrid / Client Site as Needed Type: Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced Big Data Lead who brings deep hands‑on expertise across modern cloud data ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering scalable enterprise‑grade data solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize enterprise‑scale cloud data pipelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including analytics, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders. Work directly from client offices when required. Deliver high‑quality, well‑documented, and scalable data solutions. Bring passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and cloud‑native data development. Mentor and guide junior engineers across delivery teams. Primary Skills 12+ years of IT experience focused on Data Warehousing, ETL, and end‑to‑end data engineering . Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud , including advanced proficiency in PySpark and Python for scalable data processing. Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into Source‑to‑Target Mapping (STTM) . Skilled in building large‑scale, reusable, and optimized data pipelines. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers across delivery teams. Secondary Skills Experience with Data Warehousing architectures , performance tuning, and ELT/ETL optimization. Knowledge of data governance, data quality rules, and lineage tracking. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version control in data engineering environments. Certifications Relevant technical certifications (Azure Data Engineer, Databricks, DP‑203, etc.).
