Reporting to the Supervisor Dispatch and Service, the Repair Technician is responsible to ensure that only top-quality merchandise is sent to our customers. He/she is also responsible for providing courteous service to our clients in the Montreal region, during on-site in home repairs. Role and Responsibilities: Assess damages and chooses the appropriate method of repair Fabric and/or Leather furniture; Perform repairs and maintenance to Fabric and/or Leather products Repair defects such as Leather touch up, mechanicms, Ratchets, Frames, electrical buttons and switches etc Provide professional quality in-home service repairs. Daily interaction with customers, management and customer service agents. Requirements: Very good knowledge of Fabric and/or Leather furniture, or construction; Previous experience as a Furniture Repair Technician, repaired Fabric and/or Leather furniture; Ability to safely set up and operate a variety of furniture repair equipment and uses various hand tools; Autonomous and punctual; Comfortable with the public; Good communication and time management skills; Has a valid driver's license; Demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail.
