Dock Repair Technician

**Title**:Dock Repair Technician

**Location**:Mississauga ON

**Pay Rate**:Depends on experience

**Shift**:Morning

**Duties and responsibilities**:
**- **Load and unload cargo, prepare docks for incoming ships
- Place goods correctly upon arrival or departure and maintain accurate records of damaged goods in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards related to loading dock operations
- Staying updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and safety standards related to loading dock equipment

**Job Requirements**:
**- **Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of loading dock equipment, such as dock levelers, dock seals or shelters, vehicle restraints, dock doors, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Must have 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must understand and speak English
- Must have physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Dock repairing: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
