Step into a role where your impact is felt daily and where no two days are ever the same Wage: based on knowledge, skills and experience What You’ll Be Doing Drive the Parts Growth Program and maximize Dealer Score Points Lead and coach the procurement team Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive terms for ECI Monitor inventory value, turns, and sales performance Manage stocking levels through the International DIA system Identify and present improvement opportunities Communicate trailer loads and major transfers to parts and warehouse teams Place and consolidate direct-ship orders and track outstanding items Prioritize inter-store transfers before purchasing from vendors Analyze sales trends to uncover growth opportunities Review parts flyers regularly to guide transfers and purchases Monitor the “must-have” list with managers to ensure critical stock availability What You Bring Warehouse experience is an asset, but not a necessity A positive attitude and excellent work ethic A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn Why You'll Love Working With Steele Auto Group At Steele Auto Group, you’re not just joining a company; you’re joining a community where you’ll be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.
